Greetings
Linda Baker, MHS, BS, QMHP, CPSS, COAPS is a Human Services Counselor, a Qualified Mental Health Professional, unique counselor, encourager, teacher, speaker, entrepreneur, and transformational life coach. Her passion is to provide a practical foundation of hope, stability, and healing to those who have been through perplexing relationships, even if those relationships are with yourself. She is the founder of the Phoenix Project Inc. where the goal is to help individuals foster healthy behaviors that improve personal perceptions that will ultimately strengthen their relationships with others. She is an international WRAP® trainer and offers a variety of training opportunities through the Phoenix Project. Ms. Baker is also the founder of the Phoenix Project Initiative, a non-profit organization that addresses housing instability and obstacles real and perceived by those affected by Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Incarceration.

Linda holds a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology from Liberty University, and a graduate certificate in Pastoral / Christian Counseling from the American Association of Christian Counseling.
